I have to say they have done a good job. None of those help at all. I have tried the thing that brings it to a previous state and the system recovery but obots work. The one that brings itto a older state says it has a issue and fails. Also my laptop didnt come with a s 7 cd that i know of. No error was found.When I ran the system recovery though, get an 0x80070002 error message thatD:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\Temp\ArmUI.inicould not be replaced by the original copy.Google tells me that ArmUI.ini is a malware.Could anybody tell me what to try next.

Even if I select start windows normally it would still go into the system repair menu.
I ran PC Check and my hardware all passed. My hard drive passed the SMART self extended test too. Any reason.
